# Tạo và quản lý đơn hàng

Tại màn hình livechat nhấn vào phần "Đơn Hàng". Giao diện sẽ hiện ra như ảnh dưới

Tiếp theo các bạn click vào " **Thêm sản phẩm**"

Sau khi điền các thông tin cần thiết, bạn nhấn " **Tạo hóa đơn**" để tạo đơn hàng thành công&#x20;

Sau khi tạo đơn hàng thành công. Puziness sẽ hiện một ảnh đã xem trước hóa đơn kèm xác nhận đơn hàng. Bạn nhấn vào "**Gửi khách hàng xác nhận**" để gửi hóa đơn đến họ.

Khách hàng sẽ nhận được tin nhắn xác nhận đơn hàng như sau

Sau khi khách hàng ấn "**Xác nhận**". Hệ thống sẽ tự động phân loại khách hàng đã mua hàng, bạn có thể xem ở phần "**Sản phẩm - Đơn hàng**"
